Free delivery on orders over KES 15,000. Orders are delivered via Speedy Logistics, and you'll receive an estimate by email within 2-5 business days of placing your order.

Once your order ships, we'll notify you with delivery updates. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account.

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original M-Pesa number used for payment.
