By browsing or placing an order on AphaChina Market, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update product availability at any time.

Orders are paid for via M-Pesa STK push at checkout. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil, for example due to stock unavailability.

We deliver via Speedy Logistics to Nairobi and rest of Kenya. Estimated delivery times and free delivery thresholds are listed on our Delivery & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Genuine products guaranteed.

You're responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

AphaChina Market is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
