We accept M-Pesa via STK push at checkout — the fastest and most secure way to pay online in Kenya.
Do you deliver countrywide?
Yes. Nairobi orders arrive in 1-3 days, and deliveries to rest of Kenya take 3-7 days. Orders over KES 15,000 qualify for free delivery.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us right away through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item — we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
